IMMEDIATE NEED – PROJECT COORDINATOR

Jacksonville, FL

• Contract Position up to 12 months

• Maintain and monitor project trackers and provide updates.
• Document and follow up on necessary actions and decisions from meetings and projects including work order processing and more.
• Be able to communicate effectively and efficiently both internally and externally.
• Provide administrative support as needed; including undertaking project tasks.

• 2 or 3 plus years of prior experience in Account Services/Project coordination
• Good verbal, written and presentation skills
• Knowledge of electrical/contractor work would be a plus
• Strong organizational and learning skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to handle surprises, last-minute requests, and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Good Excel hands‑on working knowledge
