Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) to provide comprehensive support to litigators in our Mobile office. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with legal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a legal administrative or litigation support role or related experience.
  • Familiarity with, or the ability to rapidly acquire familiarity with, relevant court rules and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work with legal practice management software and court filing platforms.
  • Willingness and ability to embrace new technology and platforms and the ability to learn new programs and processes quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, and the ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
