$20-27 hourly based on experience.

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our 5-star rated team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling, permitting, invoicing, and ensuring customer success. You will be the front-end point of contact by answering all incoming calls and coordinating with our foreman and estimator to provide a seamless customer experience.

• Answer all incoming calls and forward to appropriate team members
• Collaborate with foreman to schedule and dispatch jobs
• Add new leads to CRM
• Follow-up with customers and ensure extreme customer service
• Pull permits and schedule inspections with customers
• Review, send, and follow-up on invoices

• High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
• Previous experience as an Office Manager, dispatcher, or similar position preferred
• Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Housecall Pro a plus
