I’m hiring an Executive Assistant to provide organized, high-level support for my financial advisory practice and leadership responsibilities. You’ll work directly with me to streamline daily tasks, organize key processes, and help me execute at a high level.
This is a hybrid, part-time position (15–25 hours/week), with flexible scheduling that may vary based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management in support of client meetings and leadership responsibilities
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on key priorities
- Prepare and edit client presentations, deliverables, and proposals
- Handle various administrative functions (e.g., filing paperwork, documenting client notes)
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (training provided)
