Location: Jacksonville Corporate Office - Hybrid (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday onsite)

Job Summary

Our Benefits team is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Operations Administrative Assistant to provide ongoing support with a high volume of work. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join a strong organization with room to learn, grow, and develop new skills.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Excel, understands the importance of confidentiality, and is eager to be trained on internal systems and benefit invoice preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Benefits team with day-to-day tasks
  • Utilize Excel to sort and organize data, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and basic formulas
  • Assist with preparing and reviewing benefit invoices for submission to Finance (training provided)
  • Maintain and handle highly confidential employee and benefits-related information with discretion
  • Support data entry, reconciliation, and general benefits administration tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness of work
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
    • Sorting and filtering data
    • VLOOKUPs
    • Pivot tables
    • Basic formulas
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
  • Willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage recurring tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous administrative, HR, benefits, or data-entry experience
  • Candidates re-entering the workforce are encouraged to apply
  • Strong work ethic and interest in growing within an organization
Work Schedule
  • Hybrid schedule: onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  • Monday and Friday remote
