We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide professional, organized, and dependable support to our leadership team. This role is responsible for delivering essential administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth daily operations across multiple office locations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, flexible, and comfortable traveling between offices as needed.

There are several locations in and around Jacksonville and we are growing every day! The physicians and staff of Florida Eye Specialists are united by a common passion for excellence in eye care. Our doctors have dedicated numerous years of medical school, residency, fellowship and post-fellowship training to eye-disease research and education.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Coordinate office services including telephone coverage, supply management, preparation and distribution of correspondence, meeting materials, and reports.
- Maintain and organize filing systems; track scheduling information; and monitor office operating costs to ensure adherence to budget.
- Track and disseminate updates to policies, procedures, and other internal communications.
- Make recommendations to improve and streamline office operations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries, providing information or resources as appropriate.
- Ensure all activities comply with HIPAA confidentiality standards when handling patient or sensitive information.
- Pick up and deliver office supplies or documents between locations as directed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor, manager, or physician.

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior administrative or office support experience preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Must be willing and able to travel between office locations for supply delivery or administrative support.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Repetitive hand movements (keyboard and writing tasks).
- Occasional lifting or transporting of office supplies and materials.
