Hojii is matching a freelance Executive Assistant with a boutique consulting group for roughly 15 to 20 hours a week. A typical week means taming two executives' calendars, clearing inboxes, booking flights and hotels, and drafting agendas ahead of Monday calls.
You set most of your own hours around two standing check-ins. What is measured here is whether the week ran smoothly — not whether you were at a screen at nine in the morning.
The engagement is contracted through Hojii, which handles scope, timesheets and payment so your relationship with the firm stays about the work.
What you'll do- Own two executives' calendars, including conflicts and the things that should not be booked
- Triage and clear inboxes, drafting replies where the pattern is clear
- Book flights, hotels and ground travel, and rebuild itineraries when plans move
- Draft agendas and briefing notes ahead of Monday client calls
- Track expenses and follow up on the small things that otherwise slip
- Five or more years supporting senior leadership
- Airtight discretion with confidential material
- Command of Google Workspace or Office 365
- Comfortable making calendar decisions without checking first
- Startup, agency and fractional-assistant backgrounds all fit here
- $28–$38 per hour depending on experience, paid twice monthly
- 15–20 hours a week, scheduled largely by you
- Two standing check-ins; the rest of the week is yours to organise
- Contract, timesheets and payment administered by Hojii
- Fully remote within the United States
Hojii never asks candidates for payment, deposits or fees at any stage of hiring.
