Automotive Service Technician​/Mechanic

Subaru of Jacksonville is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Technician / Mechanic who’s ready to take their career to the next level. • Competitive compensation: $60,000 – $80,000+ annually (flat rate based on experience & certifications)

• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, alignments, fluid services, tire work, etc.)
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns using advanced diagnostic tools
• Complete multi-point inspections and document findings with accuracy
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and fellow technicians
• Follow Subaru/ASE/d Dealership repair processes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Stay current with Subaru factory training and ASE certifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred (Subaru experience is a major plus)
• ASE Certifications highly preferred — or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to growing with a high-performing team
