• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns accurately.
• Perform maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Complete vehicle inspections and clearly document findings and recommended repairs.
• Communicate effective with service advisors and fellow technicians.
• Verify completed repairs for quality, safety, and proper operation.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow dealership safety procedures.

• Automotive diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Audi or Volkswagen experience preferred.
• ASE certification.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Dependability, professionalism, and pride in doing the job correctly.
• Willingness to continue training as automotive technology advances.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and hair follicle drug screen.
