What You'll DoServe as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process

Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs

Prepare repair estimates and explain recommended maintenance and repairs

Manage repair orders from write-up through vehicle delivery

Communicate inspection findings and additional service recommendations

Coordinate effectively with technicians to ensure timely repairs

Keep customers informed with clear updates regarding vehicle status, timelines, and costs

Deliver an outstanding customer experience that drives loyalty and repeat business

What You'll Bring Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred

Automotive technician experience is a plus Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills

Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume service department

Knowledge of automotive maintenance, repairs, and vehicle systems

Professional, team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
