As a Luxury Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-end travel experiences for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their preferences and requirements, and then use your expertise and creativity to design customized itineraries that exceed their expectations.

• Liaise with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and special requests
• Design and create personalized itineraries that cater to the client's needs and desires
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to secure reservations and special amenities for clients
• Research and identify new luxury destinations, properties, and experiences to offer to clients
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide the best recommendations to clients
• Communicate with clients throughout the planning process to ensure their satisfaction and make necessary adjustments
• Handle all logistics and details of the client's trip, including transportation, activities, and dining reservations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and trip details
