Responsibilities
  • Help clients navigate the complex world of Enterprise Performance Management through detailed process design and implementation support.
  • Provide a unique business perspective on how EPM processes can transform and improve an organization, starting with key business issues they face.
  • Manage client engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and manage business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
  • Focus on the effective management and delivery of technology solutions, ensuring quality and risk management; engage in continuous process improvement and identification of innovative solutions.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes; establish procedures affecting the immediate work area or broader business function; exercise judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Assist in strategy and implementation of EPM tools, processes and transformational solutions; participate in building and maintaining long-term client relationships and networks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
  • Typically, 4-6 years relevant experience; minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in focus areas such as master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
  • Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Oracle Planning, One Stream, Tagetik).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business challenges into value-add solutions; effective brainstorming, data-driven analysis.
  • Background across roles such as Financial Analyst/FP&A, EPM Systems Admin, Long Range/Capital Planner, Implementation Consultant.
  • Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
Preferred/Additional
  • Ideally, degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities; ability to lead and mentor teams; experience in business development.
  • Knowledge of EPM tools, processes and transformational solutions; cloud computing architecture; cybersecurity and privacy architecture; complex problem-solving.
