Welcome to the LDP, where bold thinkers take initiative and creativity into their own hands. Get exposure to a wide range of departments and take on stretch roles.

Kick off with a dedicated orientation that dives into RBI culture, business, brands and strategic plans, and hands‑on restaurant training.

You will complete two, one‑year rotations in different departments. Rotations are designed to stretch your business acumen, build leadership skills, and foster cross‑functional agility.

Potential rotations include:

• Marketing – Creative campaigns, performance analytics, menu innovation
• Operations – Improving standards, training systems, day‑to‑day restaurant excellence
• Digital & Loyalty – Building and optimizing digital platforms, app engagement, loyalty programs
• Finance – FP&A, capital planning, analytics to support global growth
• Supply Chain & Procurement – Sourcing, logistics, sustainability, planning
• People – Talent acquisition, talent management, culture building
• Development & Franchising – Strategic market expansion, partner relationships
• Corporate Communications – Brand storytelling, internal engagement
• Global Business Services – Driving scale, efficiency, innovation behind the scenes

Throughout the program, you’ll receive targeted training in problem‑solving, analytics, communication, leadership, mentorship, and career coaching.

After completing the two‑year LDP, you’ll be positioned to shape your future career at RBI—whether you stay in a role you love or move into a new function.

Our ideal candidates are:

• Graduating with an undergraduate degree between Dec 2025 – May 2026
• Any major – diverse academic backgrounds welcome (Business, Marketing, Economics, STEM, Hospitality, etc.)
• Passionate about growth, ownership, and the QSR industry
• Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communicators, problem‑solvers, natural leaders
• Hungry to make an impact in a fast‑moving business that serves millions daily
