• Demand forecasting using sales trends and historical data to predict future inventory needs.
• Stock level management to balance supply and demand, reducing stockouts and overstocking.
• Monitoring inventory data and using management software to track metrics and identify trends.
• Developing and implementing replenishment strategies, including placing supplier orders.
• Coordinating with procurement, sales, and logistics to ensure efficient operations.
• Conducting regular inventory audits and reconciling physical counts with system records.
• Preparing and presenting inventory reports and analyses to management.
• Identifying opportunities to reduce holding costs and minimize supply‑chain inefficiencies.
• Recommending and implementing process improvements for inventory management.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and trends.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and accurate data entry.
• Attention to detail for accurate tracking and reconciliation.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments.
• Problem‑solving ability to address overstock, stockouts, and inefficiencies.
• Understanding of supply‑chain dynamics and logistics.
