PrimaryJob Role
- Handles all rental calls and transactions from initiation to completion.
- Invoicing open agreements daily to ensure up-to-date billing and customer satisfaction.
- Sets up new rental customer accounts through the Credit Department.
- Coordinates rental sales transactions with the used equipment department, including swapping sold units and arranging transportation to the final branch or delivery to the customer.
- Works with the service department on rental damage to recover damage costs.
- Maintains insurance certificates on file for all customers to limit liability.
- Tracks all activity—rentals won, pending, lost, and developing—to maximize fleet use and consistency among coordinators.
- Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Required Credentials- Ability to comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- 1–3 years of sales administration experience or a 2-year degree.
Typical duties involve occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs.) with frequent periods of working on the feet. No strenuous activities or heavy lifting exceeding 25 lbs are required.
Work EnvironmentRegular business hours with occasional night, holiday, or weekend work. The environment may involve exposure to extreme heat, cold, or noise but is otherwise typical of an office/warehouse setting.
