Your Mission:

• Generate new client leads through strategic marketing calls, engaging visits, and active networking.
• Analyze prospective clients' unique needs and customize ideal strategic recruitment and staffing solutions.
• Strive to become a trusted client advisor dedicated to building long-lasting relationships with local businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and execute sales appointments with key decision-makers who hire at prospective clients.
• Develop, write, and present solutions-based proposed services to potential clients.
• Conduct and attend local networking and marketing events to generate additional leads and referrals.
• Manage all on-boarding activities to ensure client and candidate compliance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• At least three years (3+) of professional experience in B2B sales in the staffing industry.
• 4-year business degree is preferred (or the equivalent in related work experience).
