Base pay range

As a Business Analyst, you will support the implementation of projects or the product team. Future efforts will focus on Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with corporate stakeholders, analyze user stories, business processes, non‑functional requirements, system capabilities, customization, integration, process design and system implementations (Must have).
- Perform requirements gathering and clarifications with the technical team, leveraging agile techniques.
- Work with implementation partners to ensure smooth go‑live for project/product teams (Must have).
- Collaborate with internal staff to implement functions and features, including workflows, data imports/exports, automation and optimization opportunities.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers and data scientists, to understand data needs and deliver solutions that meet them (Must have).
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst on projects or product teams; leveraging various methodologies with a primary focus on agile.
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst with supply chain and/or logistics skills.
- Experience with end‑to‑end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover & reporting.
- Must have experience with agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.
- Experience participating in functional design, configuration, and process alignment with a detailed understanding of systems and solutions.
- Proven ability to deliver business analysis and/or system development/configuration deliverables related to process improvement.
- Experience with a software and systems development life cycle.
- Candidate can perform both business analysis and data analysis as needed on projects and product teams.
- Candidate can lead the triage of issue resolution on secondary and primary bridge and communicate effectively with both business and IT teams.
