Analyst – Junior Static Data

Job Description

This role is perfect for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data management. You will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with senior analysts and cross-functional partners to ensure accurate and consistent client data across systems. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of client onboarding processes and data governance practices.

• Assist in setting up and maintaining client entity static data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform data validation checks and elevate issues for resolution.
• Support new client account setups, reviewing and validating data.
• Configure and maintain client account preferences, ensuring changes are accurately documented.
• Follow data governance policies and support routine data quality checks.
• Assist in audit and review processes, providing data and documentation.
• Develop an understanding of regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Highlight potential data quality issues to senior analysts.
• Collaborate with senior team members and internal stakeholders.
• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives.

• Some experience in data entry, analysis, or client support roles, preferably in financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and a logical, analytical mindset.
• Ability to work with data sets and identify errors.
• Willingness to learn about data governance and regulatory compliance.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
