Grant & Sponsorship Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Grant & Sponsorship Specialist to join our team in building Legacy Walk, our flagship platform that empowers small businesses and nonprofits by engaging communities and rewarding participation. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance, effective vendor management, and successful funding initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in grant research and writing, communication, and business development, contributing to the organization’s growth and community engagement efforts.

• Lead the preparation and submission of grant proposals and sponsorship requests, including strategic planning and proposal writing.
• Maintain comprehensive records management systems for all grant-related documentation using document management platforms.
• Conduct research on funding opportunities, market trends, and potential partners to support business development initiatives.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with contractual obligations through document review and change management processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams on project planning, pricing strategies, technical writing, and proposal development to maximize funding success.
• Monitor contract performance using contract management tools to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.

• Demonstrated expertise in research, strategic planning, proposal writing, pricing strategies, and technical writing.
• Familiarity with document review processes and records management systems.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
• Prior experience working with government agencies or in business development roles is preferred. This role is a temporary part-time position with opportunity for growth based on performance and funding. This role will work closely with the founders of Data Bridge Insights & Solutions and our Community Advocate. As this position transitions to full time, the position will work closely with our partners and clients.
