We are seeking a Personal Lines Client Service Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who can deliver exceptional customer service! Are you interested in helping a range of clients through issues that vary from relatively simple to moderately complex? We are looking for people who are passionate about building relationships with clients, will collaborate with our team to achieve goals, constantly seek improvement, and will demonstrate the value Gallagher can provide.
HowYou'll Make An Impact
- Answer client phone and email inquiries related to insurance billing, coverage, pricing, claims, cancellations, endorsements, inspections, documentation requests, issues, concerns, etc.
- Maintain complete and accurate client and policy data and documents within Gallagher and affiliated carrier systems.
- Support Gallagher growth initiatives by contributing to key business outcomes such as client satisfaction, client retention and the overall customer experience.
- Foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
- Deliver consistent, high quality client service as defined by AJG operational standards and practices.
- Support the business priorities of the Personal Lines team within Gallagher Global Brokerage.
- Operate in a team environment to manage a group of accounts with relatively simple servicing needs.
- Build rapport quickly with clients in an effort to identify needs in a clear, confident and friendly manner.
- Leverage systems, services and resources to execute work in an effective and efficient manner.
- Engage others in a consultative business‑oriented discussion.
- Have basic understanding of professional and industry standards/practices.
- Be able to learn and adapt to new systems, processes and skills quickly.
- Effectively manage/balance multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience

- High School diploma/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer’s license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred: Previous experience managing client relationships specifically in the Florida market. Insurance knowledge. Personal Lines experience preferred.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
