The Role

We’re hiring an experienced Automotive Title Specialist to manage title and registration processing in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to keeping deals moving smoothly after the sale. Accuracy, speed, and ownership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume automotive titles and registrations
• Submit and manage DMV paperwork and follow-ups
• Ensure all title documents are accurate, compliant, and timely
• Resolve title issues efficiently and independently
• Work closely with sales and finance teams to prevent delays
• Use dealership software and digital tools to manage workflow

Qualifications

• Prior dealership title experience required
• Strong knowledge of DMV and title regulations
• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Tech-savvy and organized
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work quickly and accurately
• Self-motivated and accountable
