We’re looking for a Principal Brand Designer to define the brand design system that takes Ramp into new futures. You’ll turn our strategy into design, lead our most important brand projects, and help the team do its best work. This is a leadership individual contributor role. You can take any idea from zero to one. You understand the business fundamentals, the product value, the channels that perform best, and you know where brand design amplifies and improves the work.

You understand each XFN’s accountability and outcomes, from product, marketing, GTM, growth and beyond. You can speak their language.
