We are seeking an Operations Manager to join a growing services organization. This hands-on role will partner with leadership to streamline workflows, improve internal processes, implement technology solutions, and drive operational efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate workflows and develop SOPs, process maps, and internal controls.
- Lead process improvement, automation, and technology implementation initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, and service performance.
- Oversee business systems, integrations, training, and user adoption.
- Partner with department leaders to improve communication, accountability, and cross-functional processes.
- Develop operational metrics and support onboarding, office operations, and special projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, systems implementation, or a related field.
- Proven experience improving processes and developing SOPs.
- Experience managing vendors, business systems, and cross-functional projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
