Project Manager, Change Management

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a range of projects from initiation through to completion. This role will suit a highly organised professional who can manage competing priorities, build effective relationships and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, partners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear, achievable project plans.

Your responsibilities will include defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones and success measures; preparing and maintaining detailed project plans; monitoring budgets, resources, risks, issues and dependencies; and providing accurate progress updates to relevant stakeholders. You will facilitate meetings and workshops, coordinate cross-functional activity, manage change control and ensure decisions and actions are clearly documented. You will also identify potential obstacles at an early stage, develop appropriate mitigation plans and escalating issues where necessary.

A strong focus on governance, compliance, quality assurance and continuous improvement will be essential.

Applicants should have proven experience managing projects in a complex or fast-paced environment, with a track record of delivering outcomes through effective planning, communication and stakeholder engagement. A recognised project management qualification, or equivalent practical experience, would be advantageous. You will be confident using project management tools and reporting systems, comfortable working with budgets and performance data, and able to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Excellent organisational skills, commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving are essential. You should be proactive, adaptable and capable of working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
