The Business Analyst II position will work as a key member of a Healthcare dedicated product development team, supporting multiple assigned projects aimed at delivering solutions and services that meet company business, quality and strategic goals. The role will predominately focus on requirements gathering, analyzing data, refining user stories, defining and documenting processes, requirements, functional specifications, product documents and best practices.
This is a 15-month contract, fully remote, with the potential ability to convert to an FTE.
- 7+ years of Business Analyst or comparable requirements-focused experience preferred.
- Hands-on requirements gathering, user-story writing, Jira and Agile delivery experience.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data-intensive products.
- Ability to communicate effectively between product stakeholders, developers and QA.
- Independent problem-solver who asks questions and can operate without a step-by-step playbook.
Working SQL and relational database knowledge. - Healthcare payer, provider, credentialing, licensing or provider-directory terminology.
- Experience with master data, APIs or other data-heavy applications.
