Key Responsibilities- Manage all phases of multiple construction projects from pre‑construction to close‑out.
- Collaborate with project team members including Superintendents, Assistant PMs, and Accountants.
- Lead subcontractor buyout and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.
- Develop and maintain accurate project budgets and forecasts.
- Create, monitor, and update project schedules using industry‑standard tools.
- Oversee pay applications, subcontractor billing, and cost control documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch lists.
- Manage project close‑out process and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with safety, contract, and quality standards.
- 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience (ground‑up and renovation).
- Proven experience managing 2–3 projects concurrently with budgets of $3M–$10M.
- Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
- Experience with bidding, budgeting, scheduling, and client‑facing communication.
- Exceptional organization, time management, and analytical skills.
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Stable work history with solid professional references (5+ years per employer ideal).
