• Ground up commercial construction project work
• Overseeing all site operations (scheduling and communicating with partners).
• Identify and address risk areas to maintain safety & quality.
• Manage project milestones with clients as well as timelines for completion.
• Planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within budget, timeline, and scope.
• Monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

• Oversee projects of $10M - $50M+
• Weekly safety inspections and safety meetings
• Interpret project scope, clarifications, prints, specifications, addendums, change orders, etc.
• Comply with Company Safety Program and OSHA Standards
• Scheduling of subcontractors
• Order materials, tools, and equipment as may be required for the work onsite
• Manage communication between subcontractors and owner, architect and/or project manager, etc.
• Schedule all non-building material during the project startup phase
• Meet subcontractors and suppliers at a pre-con meeting to verify site and building layout/dimensions

• 5+ years of field experience as a Superintendent or General Foreman strongly preferred
• HS Diploma/GED required, some college, trade school or degree strongly preferred
• 8+ years of field experience as a Superintendent or General Foreman strongly preferred
• Previous experience supervising subcontractors
• Familiar with technology:
  Procore, Smart Sheets, Blue Beam, Excel
• Solve problems & work with limited direction
