HCSS software is adopted more rapidly and used more efficiently by team members.
All team members are thoroughly trained on the HCSS features they need for their roles.
Data entered by team members into the HCSS software improves in accuracy and completion.
Additional ways to leverage and maximize the benefits of HCSS are identified and implemented.
Requirements- Strong skills with technology and a variety of technical software programs. HCSS knowledge is a huge plus!
- Experience in training others to advance their skills in using technology and software.
- Experience in building out training processes and materials.
- Civil Construction Industry preferred.
