Project Manager- Construction Services

Full Time Position

Monday - Friday

8:00am - 5:00pm

Provides on-site project construction administration and is responsible for the management of facility construction projects. Supervises construction for UF Health, inspectors, and contracted construction firms. Coordinates the communication between the UF Health Jacksonville user groups; design firms, contractors, and Administration. Reviews all contract documents and ensures all appropriate Shands Jacksonville procedures are followed.

  High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred Education: Degree in Construction or Engineering
• Required Experience: 3-5 years facility management experience
• Preferred Experience: Construction management within a healthcare setting, demonstrable experience working in a successful team environment; strong oral and written communication and fiscal management skills

  • Must be willing to work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays and be responsive to after hour pages.
