Superintendent with commercial construction experience. Perform daily construction tasks as needed. Oversee sub-contractors and communicate with the team. Complete projects and tasks with top notch quality.

• Must be a team player
• Independent worker with the ability to motivate others
• Minimum (10) years experience in commercial construction
• Read and understand construction plans and specifications
• Perform material takeoffs
• Fill out daily reports and field records
• Competent and understanding of safety and OSHA rules
• OSHA 10 or 30 card preferred
• Experienced in ground up and interior renovations preferred
• Self-sufficient with minimum supervision required
• Familiar with Microsoft project

The superintendent is responsible for the successful completion of the projects given to them. This includes assuring they are completed on time, within budget, and maintaining a high level of quality, safety, and professional communication. The superintendent deals with customer requests, questions, and inquirers in a polite and business-like manner.
