A well-established design-build General Contractor based in Jacksonville is seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman / Superintendent to lead medium to large-scale commercial masonry projects throughout the greater Jacksonville area.

As Masonry Foreman / Superintendent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day field leadership of commercial masonry scopes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise masonry crews ranging from 5–20 personnel
- Plan and coordinate daily activities, manpower, and material needs
- Oversee quality control, productivity, and jobsite safety
- Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and inspectors
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Maintain clear communication and documentation from mobilization to closeout
We are looking for a proven Masonry Foreman or Superintendent with experience on commercial projects ranging from $500K–$5M
, and a strong background managing crews of 5–20 workers. Candidates should have a solid understanding of commercial construction standards, safety practices, and the ability to lead by example while maintaining a productive, professional jobsite. Local candidates or those willing to work in the Jacksonville area are preferred.
