We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial water feature projects from start to finish. You’ll be the point person ensuring schedules are met, budgets are respected, quality exceeds expectations, and safety is non-negotiable.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee project timelines, labor, materials to ensure on-time, on-budget completion
• Lead and coordinate project managers, superintendents, laborers, and specialty trades
• Manage purchasing, submittals, permitting, inspections, and client updates throughout each phase
• Maintain strong vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships with integrity and professionalism
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and local building codes

What You Bring:

• 5 years of lead supervision in commercial fountain or water feature construction
• Knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and permitting
• Experience managing submittals, procurement, and close-out procedures
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
• Proficiency with Procore, Excel & Construction Online
