PositionElectrical Estimator – Large‑Scale Multi‑Family & Commercial Projects
What You’ll Do- Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial and multi‑family projects.
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Use McCormick estimating software or similar programs to build competitive bids.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure precision and profitability.
- 5+ years of estimating experience in multi‑family electrical construction (required).
- Experience with McCormick software or similar estimating tools.
- Able to read blueprints and comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Some electrical experience a plus.
- Self‑motivated, punctual, and dependable with a strong understanding of deadlines.
- Must have reliable transportation.
