We are seeking organized and motivated General Laborers to join the FLC Contracting team!

General Description:

The Construction Laborer may operate hand and power tools such as air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and other tools and instruments. The role involves assisting superintendents and leads across multiple trades including drywall, painting, demolition, removal of construction debris, and site cleanup.

General Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards, including measuring, marking, and recording openings and distances for layout.

Assist superintendents and leads by hauling materials and cleaning debris from the work site.

Perform physical activities requiring considerable use of arms and legs, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.

Possess knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.
