SSRG is looking for a Senior Project Manager who takes pride in leadership, accountability, and delivering complex construction projects the right way. Job Duties & Responsibilities Project Leadership
  • Thoroughly understand project plans, specifications, and contracts
  • Lead preconstruction efforts, including subcontractor qualification, bidding, and scope reviews
  • Develop, write, and manage subcontractor scopes of work
  • Oversee project scheduling, procurement, RFIs, and submittals using Procore and related tools
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Collaboration & Oversight
  • Work closely with Preconstruction, Field Operations, and Project Engineering teams
  • Support project teams through planning, problem-solving, and proactive communication
  • Participate in and facilitate project meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-through
Continuous Improvement
  • Track project progress and budgets to identify risks and address challenges early
  • Share lessons learned to strengthen project delivery across the organization

This role is ideal for an experienced project leader who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and delivering meaningful work while helping build long‑term relationships and a strong company legacy.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5‑10 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of construction practices, techniques, materials, and tools.
  • Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and inspection processes.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
  • OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
