Interstate Sealant & Concrete, Inc. (ISC) has been a trusted leader in concrete pavement maintenance since 1998. We specialize in concrete joint sawing/sealing, patching, and other maintenance services for highways and airfields—both civilian and military—throughout the U.S. Our reputation is built on safety, efficiency, and high-quality workmanship.

We are looking for a Construction Foreman to oversee and manage job site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The Foreman will lead crews, coordinate tasks, and ensure compliance with all safety and quality guidelines.

• Supervise and lead ISC and subcontractor crews on construction projects.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Plan daily operations and monitor project progress to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and office staff.
• Handle administrative duties, including timekeeping, reporting, and documentation.
• Conduct daily team huddles to set expectations and monitor job site performance.
• Lead weekly Toolbox Safety Talks and enforce all safety policies.
• Ensure proper vehicle and equipment maintenance and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Assist in troubleshooting job site issues and problem-solving to keep projects moving efficiently.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Foreman or Lead in construction.
• Valid drivers license (must pass DOT physical).
• Ability to travel out of state as needed.
• Must be 21 years or older and pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 100 lbs and operating equipment.
