Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Construction Manager located in Jacksonville, FL. The Senior Construction Manager will oversee daily construction activities, manage project budgeting, ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards, and control project timelines. Responsibilities also include leading and supervising construction teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring timely project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.

- Supervisory skills and ability to lead construction teams.
- Experience in budgeting and managing construction project costs.
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols and standards.
- Expertise in construction project management and project control.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Jacksonville, FL.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with federal contracting is a plus.
