Metal Building Superintendent

Position: Metal Building SUPERINTENDENT
Description

We are seeking a skilled Metal Building Erector to join our construction team. The candidate will need to have experience in metal building erection and a strong understanding of construction processes. Buildings to include, however not limited to Pre-Manufactured Buildings and Red Iron buildings.

Requirements

* Erect metal buildings according to blueprints and specifications

* Install metal framing, roofing, and siding

* Assemble and secure metal components using hand and power tools

* Ensure structures are plumb, level, and structurally sound

* Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

* Adhere to safety protocols and regulations on-site

* Previous experience in metal building erection or related construction field

* Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans

* Familiarity with a variety of construction tools and equipment

* Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions

* Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

* Knowledge of concrete finishing, roofing, electrical work, and hardscape is a plus

* Top industry weekly pay

* Daily travel per diem of $50.00
