Job Description Insider Exposure is a regionally recognized platform in girls’ basketball, known for running premier events and providing coverage for athletes, coaches, and programs. We’re seeking a creative and tech-savvy professional to lead our website design and contribute to our social media presence.
Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and maintain Insider Exposure’s website (event pages, schedules, team info, results, and recaps).
* Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and consistently updated.
* Manage site functionality, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
* Collaborate with the team on branding and event promotion through the website.
* Post timely updates during live events when needed.
* Must attend 20 Insider Exposure Tournaments throughout the year.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in website design and management (Word Press, Wix, Squarespace, or similar platforms).
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS or other web development skills is a plus.
* Strong graphic design abilities (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
* Understanding of user experience (UX) and responsive design.
* Familiarity with social media content creation and sports marketing.
* Highly organized with strong communication skills.
* Passion for basketball, sports media, or event coverage is a bonus.
