Thursday - Saturday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Wednesday 1:00 PM–7:00 PM

As the Customer Service Representative for Patient Registration, you will be the first point of contact for patients getting checked into the hospital. Your responsibilities include collecting patient and insurance information accurately, answering phone calls, and providing compassionate support to patients during registration.

• Work on computers and answer phones to intake information in a busy environment, managing multiple screens and programs efficiently.
• Assist patients who may be ill or worried, listening carefully and building rapport to ease anxiety.
• Navigate the fast-paced, on‑feet environment, preparing and entering data accurately while handling variations in health plans and coverage.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and pursue career growth within R1 RCM.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Quick learner of technology and comfortable typing rapidly.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and stay composed under pressure.
• Recent vaccinations, and successful completion of a drug test and background check.

Compensation: $15.00 – $20.28 per hour, based on role, level, location, skills, and experience.
