Base Pay Range

$22.00/hr - $25.00/hr

We are searching for another member to join our close-knit Customer Service team in Jacksonville/St. Johns, FL. We are a hard‑working company seeking creative, innovative, dedicated, and disciplined team players.

We are looking for an experienced, team-oriented, customer‑service driven individual who understands the role of front‑desk staff as the "face" of Closet Factory. Our client‑representative team is essential to the daily success of our company, and their ability to uphold a positive presentation and efficient skills to ensure scheduling and communication success is highly valued.

Our office is fast‑paced, with a high level of activity where boredom is not an option. You will handle multiple items simultaneously in a professional and courteous manner, interacting with many different types of people and helping them with their requests. A team atmosphere is fostered, and all challenges are handled as a group. All clients need to be handled with care, so we are looking for individuals with great customer service skills.

• Answering phone calls and collecting payments
• Maintaining the customer database and inputting information into the computer
• Effectively collaborating across departments to ensure all internal and external customer needs are met
• Working with customers professionally on all inquiries
• Building strong working relationships with customers

• Detail‑oriented, organized, consistent, dependable, and honest, capable of multitasking
• Analytical/data‑driven mindset; comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and computers
