Experience and Education
- 3 - 5 years in a business office environment.
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience in customer service, communication, or sales roles.
- Ability to work effectively with professionals of varying technical proficiency.
- Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
- Prior customer relations experience in call centers and financial services environments.
- Account management experience is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant programs.
- Understanding of company and department roles, policies, procedures, and functions.
- Proven achievement in diverse organizational settings.
