RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
