Job Description:

Inbound customer service reps will be receiving calls from policy holders and agents. Must be technically savvy in order to work with 9 different systems and be comfortable in toggling between systems. Will need to be able to research complex issues on behalf of the customer and provide excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will need to have a passion for providing the customer with the best possible experience!

Must be able to multi-task…will need to be able to document the call while talking to the customer.

Must-Haves:

1. 2 years CSR Call Center Experience with in last 3 years

2. Reliable transportation/No public transit available

3. Spanish Required

Additional notes:
Prefer to use, people with medical terminology experience, either with medical training, insurance experience etc. Looking for employment stability, 1 or more years at on company. Being tech savvy is a big plus, will be learning/using up to 9 programs at one time. Testing during training occurs weekly.
