Customer Service Representative

Description

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers in a fast-paced Contract fully on-site role based in Jacksonville, Florida. This position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, delivers attentive service, and handles a high volume of calls with professionalism. The successful candidate will assist customers with questions, process requests accurately, and help create a positive service experience across inbound and outbound interactions.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to incoming customer calls in English and Spanish, providing courteous and efficient support.

- Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on inquiries, resolve concerns, or confirm customer information.

- Enter orders and service-related details into internal systems with a strong focus on accuracy.

- Address customer questions, clarify product or service information, and guide callers toward appropriate solutions.

- Document conversations, actions taken, and next steps to maintain clear service records.

- Manage multiple customer interactions in a call center environment while maintaining service quality and professionalism.

Requirements - Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a customer service setting.

- Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing support role.

- Strong background in handling inbound calls and delivering responsive customer assistance.

- Experience with outbound calling for follow-up, outreach, or issue resolution.

- Ability to perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

- Solid communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
