Customer Support Specialist

A remote, full-time role in Customer Operations for someone who listens closely, writes clearly, and treats every question from our global community as a chance to help.

• Respond promptly and empathetically to customer inquiries via email and helpdesk ticketing channels
• Assist users with birth time and birth place inputs, account settings, and report delivery troubleshooting
• Process billing inquiries, subscription changes, and refund requests in accordance with company policy
• Document recurring user questions and feature suggestions to share with the product and engineering teams
• Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) ratings and uphold user privacy standards at all times.

• 1+ years of customer service or support experience, preferably in a digital SaaS, web, or ecommerce environment
• Flawless written English communication with an empathetic, patient, and warm tone of voice
• Familiarity with modern support ticketing platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Help Scout)
• Comfortable handling basic technical and calculation troubleshooting with patience and curiosity
• Passion for helping people and delivering exceptional, human-centered service.
