Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We are recruiting for a Procurement Customer Service Advisor to join our client on a temporary basis.
You will provide customer service and administrative support to the Property Procurement team, acting as a key point of contact for landlords and agents regarding new business enquiries and existing properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries professionally.
- Liaise with landlords, agents and internal teams to provide property updates.
- Arrange property visits and support new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records, databases and Excel spreadsheets.
- Manage competing priorities while delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous customer service and administrative experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident using telephone systems, email and Excel.
- Ability to manage queries, solve problems and work in a fast-paced environment.
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths.
Property or procurement experience is desirable but not essential.
This is a fully Remote role and the hours of work are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
