How your day-to-day in this role would look like:

Answering customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude
Solving problems and creating positive experiences for every customer you speak with
Following the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction
Logging and updating customer interactions in the relevant systems
Working closely with your team to keep improving the service you provide

Requirements

Language Maestro:
Fluent in Dutch, good English
Strong communication and active listening skills
A problem-solving, can-do mindset
Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools
Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
Availability to work in shifts
EU passport or Greek work permit (special cases reviewed by legal)
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum B2 English
C1+ level in the working language
