Experienced General Dentist - $439k - $1.2M at ALFA Dental Management. 100% Fee-For-Service dental organization focused on high-quality comprehensive care in North Florida. All offices are in Jacksonville and the surrounding areas; relocation or commuting to the Greater Jacksonville Area required.

• Strong Implant dentistry experience (single unit and full-mouth restorations) and/or comprehensive endodontic skills are highly desired.
• Provide comprehensive diagnoses and treatment planning.
• Educate patients and present comprehensive treatment options addressing chief complaints and treatment needs.
• Provide quality patient care that is ethical and productive.
• Demonstrate empathy and dedication to high levels of customer service.
• Collaborate with other experienced teams within the organization.
• Maintain a strong interest in continuous professional growth, especially in digital dentistry, implant dentistry, and sedation dentistry.

• 3+ years  experience as a licensed practicing dentist
• Degree from an Accredited School of Dentistry
• Current, unrestricted Florida license
• Valid DEA#
• Moderate Sedation (conscious sedation) State of FL Certification
• Current BLS or ACLS and PALS if performing sedation services

• Highly trained staff including hygienists, dental assistants, call center personnel, and treatment coordinators
• Ongoing Continuing Education opportunities within and outside the organization
• Fee-for-Service model (no HMO, DHMO, Medicaid, or Out-of-network PPO)
• In-house laboratory
• Centralized support for non-clinical functions
• Established patient base with continuous growth
• In-house advanced dentistry training and development
