• Lead a patient‑centric team respecting clinical judgment and leadership
• Maintain excellent quality of care and highest ethical standards
• Conduct comprehensive full‑mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
• Offer treatment plans and discuss options with patients
• Deliver high‑quality treatments efficiently
• Monitor budget and collaborate with operations to achieve financial goals
• Mentor and coach new dentists and the entire dental team
• Stay updated with new developments through continuing education
• Network with professional groups and represent Aspen Dental practice in the community

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
